Recently, two black backpacks containing approximately $1.1 million worth of cocaine were discovered in a wooded area near the U.S.-Canadian border in Lynden. The discovery was made by Border Patrol agents during a routine patrol on Thursday. The backpacks were found lying on the ground and contained 30 brick-like packages of a white powdery substance, which was later confirmed to be cocaine.
