To use Google Maps for navigation or finding locations, follow these steps:

Open Google Maps: Launch the Google Maps app on your smartphone or tablet.

Advanced Features
Live View: For walking directions, use Live View to see directions through your phone's camera. Tap "Directions," select the walking icon, and then tap "Live View" at the bottom center.
Offline Maps: Download maps for offline use to navigate without an internet connection. Go to your profile picture, select "Offline maps," and choose the area you want to download.

Multiple Stops: Add multiple destinations to your route. After searching for your first destination, tap "Directions," then the three dots in the top right, and select "Add stop".
Fuel-Efficient Routes: Choose eco-friendly routes to save fuel. When searching for driving directions, look for the route with a leaf icon to see the most fuel-efficient path.
Location Sharing: Share your real-time location with friends and family. Tap the blue dot representing your location, then tap "Share location".
Save Parking: Save your parking location to easily find your car later. Tap the blue location dot, then tap "Save parking".
