Principal and Teacher Arrested After Massive Juvenile House Party with Alcohol

On January 19, 2025, officers from the Cocoa Beach Police Department responded to a report of a house party at the home of Elizabeth Hill-Brodigan, the principal of Roosevelt Elementary School in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Upon arrival, they discovered over 100 juveniles, many of whom were wearing matching T-shirts and consuming alcohol available in coolers provided by Hill-Brodigan. During the event, one juvenile experienced an alcohol-related medical episode, requiring treatment by Brevard County Fire and Rescue. Hill-Brodigan allegedly turned off the exterior lights of her home, complicating the rescue efforts. Additionally, a juvenile was arrested for DUI near the home, and another teacher, Karly Anderson, approached officers while intoxicated and identified herself as a teacher at Roosevelt Elementary School.
